Please note - Once your package leaves my shop and is in the hands of a shipping carrier it's no longer my responsibility. Therefore Indian Creek Beads is not responsible for lost or damaged items/packages. Insurance can be purchased for packages upon request. Indian Creek Beads is solely run and funded by ONE person and I can’t afford to replace items that are lost in the mail. If your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office.

 

• Most items that are offered by Indian Creek Beads are hundstrung by Colleen. Please be patient and note that shipping times are 5-7 business days.
• If you need an item earlier than that turn around or need it by a certain date, please reach out to us!
• I do also have a life outside of my small jewelry business and sometimes it does take me longer to turn around items. So please understand that I try my best to ship items before that 5 day mark but sometimes it doesn't work!
