Shipping Policy

Please note - Once your package leaves my shop and is in the hands of a shipping carrier it's no longer my responsibility. Therefore Indian Creek Beads is not responsible for lost or damaged items/packages. Insurance can be purchased for packages upon request. Indian Creek Beads is solely run and funded by ONE person and I can’t afford to replace items that are lost in the mail. If your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office.

 

  • Most items that are offered by Indian Creek Beads are hundstrung by Colleen. Please be patient and note that shipping times are 3-5 business days.
  • If you need an item earlier than that turn around or need it by a certain date, please reach out to us!
  • I do also have a life outside of my small jewelry business and sometimes it does take me longer to turn around items. So please understand that I try my best to ship items before that 3 day mark but sometimes it doesn't work!

Return Policy

  • Items have to be unworn and returned in same box/package that they were mailed in.
  • Returns are eligible for store credits or exchanges only.
  • Shipping for returns are the customers responsibility. As well as making sure the item returns to Indian Creek Beads.
  • Store credit/exchange will not take place until the items are back in our hands and we can inspect them.
  • We must receive items within 7 days of the day that they were delivered or credits/exchanges are not able to occur.
